- 1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional, you can substitute other onion-y vegatables)
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped (optional, see video for substitutions)
- A dash of salt & pepper
How to make Garbanzo Bean Salad
- Drain garbanzo beans, then rinse them in cold water
- Mince the parsley and green onions, then add them to the serving bowl
- Add all other ingrediants
- Toss the salad
- Chill for several hours
- Enjoy!
